Cancelling an order
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before dispatch. In-stock orders placed before 1:00 pm ET on business days are dispatched the same day, so email support@peptides-only.com as soon as possible and quote your order number.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. It then falls under the Shipping & Returns Policy, including the 72-hour window for damaged or incorrect items.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel and fully refund an order where a product is unavailable or a lot fails release testing, where a pricing or listing error has occurred, where we cannot verify the order or its stated research purpose, or where fulfilling it would breach applicable law or our Terms of Service.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to post the credit.
