Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before dispatch. Because orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day, cancellation requests should be sent to info@thesisscientific.com as soon as possible and must quote your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. It then falls under the Shipping & Returns policy — unopened product may be returnable by prior arrangement, and damaged or incorrect shipments are covered by the 72-hour claim window.

We may cancel an order and refund it in full where a product is unavailable or a lot fails release testing, where a pricing or listing error has occurred, where we cannot verify the order or its stated research purpose, or where fulfilment would breach applicable law or our Terms of Service.

Cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Where a recurring order is offered, it can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next billing date; cancellation takes effect from the following cycle and does not refund an order already dispatched.
