Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and may change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Payment is taken at the time of order; your order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch.

Where a Certificate of Analysis is offered for a product, it reports analytical results for the identified lot. Analytical results describe that lot as tested at the stated date and do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular research application, nor any representation of safety for use in or on humans or animals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thesis Scientific will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or research output, arising from the use or misuse of any product. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thesis Scientific, its officers, employees and suppliers against any claim, loss or expense arising from your handling, storage, use or onward transfer of any product, or from your breach of these terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession and use of any product complies with all laws applicable to you, including import, export and controlled-substance rules in your jurisdiction. We do not ship to jurisdictions where the sale of these materials is prohibited.

All content on this site, including text, imagery, product photography and branding, is owned by Thesis Scientific or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
