Research use only

All products are sold solely for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and must not be administered to humans or animals.

We do not provide usage, dosing or medical information, and nothing on the site is an offer or claim of any therapeutic effect.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing for legitimate research. We may ask for proof of affiliation and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe these terms are not being followed.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for storing, handling and disposing of products safely and lawfully, and for complying with all laws that apply to you. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thesis Scientific, its owners and staff from claims arising from your use or misuse of any product.

Prices, offers and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout.

Buy 2, Get 1 Free applies to one-time purchases of eligible products: for every three eligible units in an order, one unit is free, starting with the lowest-priced units. A discount code can be used with it: the code comes off the Buy 2, Get 1 Free price, and free units are valued at their price after the code. Only one code can be used per order. The offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time for future orders.

Shipping, risk and returns

Shipping, delivery and return rules are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Title and risk pass to you when the carrier accepts the package.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts of Wyoming.
