Shipping & Returns Policy
Last updated October 6, 2026
Processing
In-stock orders placed before 1:00 pm ET on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Available services, rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Orders with an item subtotal over $150 qualify for free standard shipping. Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Packaging
Orders ship in plain outer packaging. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with cold packs where appropriate.
Returns
To protect product integrity, research compounds cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped, and all sales are final except as described below.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email support@peptides-only.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. After review we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier. Packages marked delivered to the correct address are the customer's responsibility.
