Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You will receive tracking details by email when your order ships.

Domestic orders are shipped tracked and typically arrive within 2–4 business days of dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays, weather and address errors are outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.

Orders ship in a plain, unmarked outer box with a generic return address. Compounds are shipped lyophilised and are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit.

If a vial arrives broken, or the wrong product is shipped, notify us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents. Verified damage or picking errors are replaced at no cost, or refunded if a replacement is unavailable.

Because these are research reagents whose integrity depends on unbroken custody and storage, we cannot accept returns of opened, reconstituted or previously delivered product. Unopened product in its original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery by prior arrangement; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and a restocking fee may apply. Contact us before returning anything — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return, or of approving a damage claim. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the error was ours.

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or refused on delivery, may be refunded less shipping and a restocking fee. Re-shipment requires payment of a new shipping charge.

Where we ship internationally, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs clearance, and for confirming that import is lawful in the destination country. We are not responsible for goods seized by customs.
